Officers and Directors

     Founder of USTIC, Mr. Caldwell has more than three decades of experience in international affairs and business. Formerly Vice President, International, U.S. Chamber of Commerce, he is a director of international companies, serves on international business committees and councils, and teaches graduate courses in international business. He has lived in and travels to dozens of countries. He is bilingual in French and English.

USTIC's officers and directors individually and collectively possess a broad array of international business and government relations expertise.

     Former U.S. Secretary of Interior, National Security Advisor, Deputy Secretary of State and Justice of the California Supreme Court, Judge Clark is President, Clark Companies and Of Counsel, Rogers & Wells. Judge Clark is a director of Pacific Telesis, and other companies and organizations and served as Chairman, Taiwan-U.S. Business Council.

     Mr. Janacek, a graduate of the Prague School of Economics, manages USTIC's Prague office and handles client assignments in Central Europe. He has extensive international trade experience. He is trilingual in Czech, English and Russian.

Formerly President, GTE Consumer Products Group, Mr. Konkol has also served as President, Optelecom Inc. and Chairman, Electronic Industries Association. He teaches strategic management at Rochester Institute of Technology.

A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy with advanced degrees from MIT and Harvard Business School, Admiral Lisanby was formerly the U.S. Navy's Principal Deputy for Acquisition. Admiral Lisanby has broad experience with and expertise in Department of Defense policies and regulations. He is currently President, Naval Services International, Inc., an engineering consulting firm and Technology Financing Inc., an equity investment company with multiple U.S. holdings.

Formerly Deputy Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Aerospace, Mr. Roberts has been an international marketing executive for Lockheed Corporation, a foreign service officer and an Air Force pilot. Mr. Roberts is now President, American Agribusiness Equipment Consortium.
